With the trend among major vendors and operators to outsource the construction and extension of networks and Mycom’s global footprint and extensive experience of thousands of site design and deployments across the world, Mycom is able to support the operators and infrastructure vendors alike and has established a strong leadership in the industry.
Mycom Networks covers all the activities of Managed Networks. These include complete management of operator’s Network Operation Centers (NOC) for the increasing number of operators who outsource their network operations to 3rd party experts leaving them free to focus on their core business of selling value-added services and serving their end customers.

Software Solutions is the products arm of Mycom Group. Leveraging our extensive field experience and thousands of man-years of experience in mobile engineering services for various technologies including GSM, GPRS, IS-95, and emerging 3G, together with our strong R&D competence in software and product development, we have developed a suite of Next Generation Service Assurance solutions. The NIMS-PrOptima™ suite of products delivers the following key capabilities: Performance Management, Network Optimization, Service Quality Management, and SLA Management. NIMS-PrOptima™ places the power of information at the operators' fingertips; enabling them to harness & manage the knowledge available in their networks and in their customer’s usage behavior profile to provide better quality services and value-added services, increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, and gain new customers, which will bring about an increase in ARPU and thus systematically increase the revenue and shareholder value of its business!
