MYCOM Showcases new products and solutions, participates in TM Forum Catalyst, and hosts guests in private hospitality lounge and at Middle Eastern Networking Lunch

London, UK – 1st May 2013 – MYCOM, the leading independent provider of carrier-grade Service and Network Performance solutions, today announced details of its participation at TM Forum’s flagship conference and expo, TM Forum Management World 2013 being held on 13 - 16 May in Nice, France.

MYCOM will showcase new products and solutions on its booth (#22), host guests in its private hospitality lounge, sponsor the Middle Eastern Networking Lunch, exchange knowledge within the Executive Appointment Service and demonstrate its NIMS-PrOptima™ solution as part of a TM Forum Catalyst on Customer Experience.

Within its booth (#22), MYCOM will provide several demonstrations: • A new version of its NIMS-PrOptima™ Network Performance Management platform • Automated Operation and Optimization (Self-Managed Network) • A new Service Performance Management solution • LTE & HetNet Performance Management solution • Interactive Performance Visualization

The Catalyst demonstration – ‘Quantifying Customer Experience through Performance and Probe Measurements’ – will be part of TM Forum’s The Hub exhibition, and delivers a practical implementation of quantifiable quality of experience (QoE) metrics for mobile broadband services by leveraging and combining network probe and performance data.

In addition to its booth, MYCOM will meet attendees as part of the TM Forum Executive Appointment Service and in its private Hospitality Lounge terrace where it will host guests throughout the conference and hold private drinks receptions on the evenings of Tuesday May 14 and Wednesday May 15.

MYCOM is also the exclusive sponsor of The Middle Eastern Networking Lunch being held on Wednesday May 15 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm which provides an opportunity to network and discuss regional issues pertaining to the Middle East in a private and relaxed atmosphere.

MYCOM NIMS-PrOptima™ wins on scalability and performance

Mobile World Congress, Barcelona, Spain - 25 February 2013 – MYCOM, the leading independent provider of carrier-grade Service and Network Performance solutions, today announced that its NIMS-PrOptima™ performance management solution has been selected by Vodafone India for managing the 2G and 3G Mobile RAN, Mobile Circuit, Packet Core and Value Added Service domains of its national network of over 150 million subscribers.

The multi-million dollar contract covers Vodafone India’s Mobile and Fixed networks with MYCOM’s NIMS-PrOptima solution being implemented in its Super NOC (Network Operations Centre) for the primary purposes of providing performance reports, analysis, end-to-end optimization, capacity management, automatic performance alarming and automation across all network domains and technologies.

Vodafone India selected MYCOM after successful completion of a comprehensive tender process and live evaluation.   “Vodafone’s commitment to delivering the best network quality and customer experience is second to none. MYCOM’s NIMS-PrOptima is being deployed to provide end-to-end network performance management for multiple technologies and equipment vendors across its radio access, core, transmission and VAS network domains. It replaces multiple in-house and third party systems with a single converged system.

With 24 million subscribers, the E-Plus Group is the third largest mobile telecommunications operator in Germany. E-Plus required a network performance management solution that was a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) product, had industry leading functionality, and was successfully proven within Tier 1 telecom operators. After a detailed competitive evaluation that included a comprehensive trial and reference calls with MYCOM’s Tier 1 customers, NIMS-PrOptima was selected for E-Plus’s end-to-end network performance management solution.
