Performance Management, Network Optimization, Service Quality Management, and SLA Management capabilities are delivered tightly integrated on the same management platform.

NIMS-PrOptima’s telecom-oriented design clearly moves away from legacy products designed by software engineers towards a rich environment instantly recognizable to engineers and industry managers. Near-real-time information is made available through clearly presented reports, intelligent alarm systems, and powerful decision support and analytical capabilities. This is further enriched through our embedded up-to-date engineering expertise in the form of reports, KPIs, SKQIs, and decision support scenarios.

NIMS-PrOptima™
NIMS-PrOptima™ delivers state-of-the-art Performance Management capabilities across multiple technologies, vendors, and domains providing a clear view of the performance and quality of service of your network. Employing simple drag & drop techniques, NIMS-PrOptima™ presents a fully integrated reporting and analysis environment where GIS, chart, and tabular views are tightly interlinked. Network configuration and performance can be compared in a rich analysis and reporting environment that includes powerful metric and KPI editors, an OLAP-based computational engine, report scheduling and export, Decision Support System, Web Portal, Performance Alarms, Performance Profiler, IP traffic monitoring and analysis, forecasting capabilities, and user rights management coupled with open database access (SQL, ODBC, JDBC, Java API).

NIMS-SQM
NIMS-SQM provides a unique insight into the performance of the services across your network. Built as a layered component on top of the NIMS framework, NIMS-SQM supplies the ability to model services from a QoS perspective, define a service for a particular region/part of network, monitor service quality, and subsequently drill down into the underlying performance data. Here operators can not only pinpoint service degradation, but can also actually do something about it by seamlessly harnessing the analytical power of NIMS-PrOptima™. The two products are tightly integrated and allow the engineer to smoothly transition between the service-oriented and the network-oriented domains.

NIMS-SLA Manager
The NIMS-SLA Manager supplies a customer-centric view of your network. For the first time the Quality of Service delivered to a key corporate customer can be directly assessed and monitored over time. Customer complaints can be swiftly and intelligently handled providing high reactivity, reassurance, and a more sophisticated level of service to your customer. Business processes can be oriented directly to your business goals, dramatically improving your efficiency and professional image in the market. Service Level Agreements, whatever the type, can be defined and implemented within your business through simple linkage with your other key management components (CRM, Billing, Sales, etc.) and, as with the other NIMS products, seamless navigation between the customer, service, and network is part of the core architecture.

NIMS-RFOptimiser
NIMS-RFOptimiser provides protocol-level network analysis capabilities in a package tightly linked with performance, service, and customer analysis under the NIMS management framework. Test mobile and call and element trace information can be directly compared with overall performance statistics and network configuration facilitating detailed optimization of RF parameters and radio coverage. Full decode and intuitive presentation of all information is available through graph, tabular, and GIS views common to all products under the NIMS framework. Full call warehousing is also available enabling comparison of different call types (e.g. handset, customer group, etc.) over time/area etc.

MyPrOptima
Targeted at equipment vendors, MyPrOptima is an offline laptop version of the NIMS-PrOptima™ solution enabling equipment troubleshooting, performance benchmarking, and performance comparison in an easy-to-use plug-and-play package. Vendors can ensure the successful delivery of new equipment and functionality by using the same powerful system on the bench and at the customers' premises during testing and integration. The definition of customer profiles enables the vendor to simply switch between the different operator environments and capture valuable information that can be studied offline.
