Siamak Sarbaz (Founder and Chief Executive Officer)

With 22 years international experience, the vision and drive to build a global technology player and innovative standard bearer for the telecom Industry. A UK Graduate in EE, he gained his wide technical and management experience in companies such as BT Labs, Microtel (now Orange) and Nortel Matra where he held various technical, management and consulting posts, the last of which was as Chief Engineer prior to founding MYCOM. He has worked on large R&D software projects in Network Management arena to many first designs, implementations and operations of mobile networks across the world. In the past he has also held other posts in GSM SMG6 standards committees and contributed to the development of Telecom Management standards. His international experience include working in such diverse countries, as Taiwan, US, China, Thailand, UK, France, Indonesia and many others. Siamak founded MYCOM with the view to create an End-to-End solution provider that transforms mobile Operator businesses using technological innovations as its primary enabler.


Richard Hessler (President, MYCOM North America Inc)

Mr. Hessler has served as president of Mycom North America since 2008. He was appointed Mycom Group CFO in 2004 after first joining as controller in 2002.  Since becoming president, Mr. Hessler has positioned Mycom in the Americas as a respected provider of high-value engineering services to wireless operators and equipment manufacturers.  As CFO, Mr. Hessler is responsible for financial planning, audit, tax, legal, and investor relations for the holding company and subsidiaries in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.  Previously, Mr. Hessler was CFO of TAD Telecom, corporate controller for AGC Group, division controller for NCC, and strategic planning manager with Crown Zellerbach. He has advanced through a series of leadership positions in  planning & design, project management, international banking, mergers & acquisition, and general management. His responsibilities have involved assignments in Europe and Asia and extensive travel worldwide. Mr. Hessler holds a B.S. from the University of Tennessee and a M.S. from Texas A&M University.


Mounir Ladki (Senior Vice President and CTO)

Mounir Ladki joined MYCOM in September 2001 and since then he has led the company software product business by defining the product strategy, developing it, taking it to market and leading the organization. Mounir has 14 years of international experience in technical and business management of leading edge Telecom and IT solutions. An industry visionary and veteran of Mobile solutions, he is actively participating in shaping the future of OSS and Networks Operations and Management. For the second consecutive year Mounir has recently been recognised by 'Global Telecoms Business' as one of the leading 40 under 40 executives in the Telecoms industry worldwide. Prior to joining MYCOM, Mounir worked at Nortel where he setup and managed the advanced engineering services group and headed 3G and next generation solution pre-sales and design. During this period he designed solutions for more than 20 mobile operators worldwide in APAC, EMEA and US, and obtained many distinctions including the Nortel's President Award. He gained a master degree in Telecom engineering with distinction from Supélec, a business degree from Sorbonne University and executive education at INSEAD. Mounir sits on the Advisory Council to the board of directors at Tele Management Forum.


Dr. Payam Taaghol (Managing Director, EMEA)

Dr. Payam Taaghol joined MYCOM in September 2005 and has more than 11 years of wireless telecommunication experience.. Prior to joining MYCOM, Payam headed and established several successful wireless technology and professional services divisions for a number of industry leaders, including Nortel, Bechtel Telecommunications and Wireless Facilities international in EMEA. Payam is well known and respected in the industry, particularly on 3G with more than 20 publications to his name. An advisor to corporations such as Vodafone and Ericsson on both operational and technical issues Payam is a long standing advisor, technical auditor and proposal evaluator for the European Commission’s research and development division, INSFO on system’s beyond 3G. Payam holds a BEng. Hons. (1st) from University of North London and a PhD from University of Surrey.
