MYCOM has a portfolio of Professional Services to ensure the successful deployment, operation and maintenance of NIMS-PrOptima. This portfolio is based on a modular structure of pre-defined service deliverables which are packaged within MYCOM’s project planning methodology and customised to specific customer implementation requirements such as in-house software introduction programmes or OSS harmonization, rationalisation and transformation projects.
