MYCOM offers three tiers of accreditation for its Reseller Partners based on the skill levels achieved through successful deployments of NIMS-PrOptima™.
Tier 1 - Premier Partners
Premier Partners have acquired all the necessary skills for selling and implementing NIMS PrOptima with minimal assistance from MYCOM following several successful deployments. Premier Partners qualify for higher incentives based on an annual business plan with agreed targets.
Tier 2 - Preferred Partners
Preferred Partners are organisations selling MYCOM products with their added value services which have completed an initial deployment of NIMS PrOptima with MYCOM and investing further in developing their skills to be more self-sufficient in delivery and to more actively promote our products as part of their service assurance solutions. A business plan is agreed with appropriate targets. A range of incentives are offered by MYCOM based on the partner’s role in the sales and delivery process.
Tier 3 - Primary Partners
These are new MYCOM partners who are active in marketing and selling our products under appropriate agreements but have yet to secure their first win and deploy our products. Primary partners are required as a minimum to have attended the product sales briefings under the Pre-sales Training and Support schemes offered by MYCOM.
