If you still have doubts, think again: it is indeed possible to carry out a mobile network swap successfully! Take Telenor Norway for example: they managed correctly network performance and customer experience during their mobile network swap and are now enjoying the positive effects of their success. The question is though: how did they do it?
Find out by listening to our webinar with Telenor Norway case study.
Paul Ghanime, Product Management at Mycom is joined by Sverre A. Berg and Torgeir Lindmo, both Senior Technical Advisors, Radio Access and Mobility at Telenor Norway, to talk us through a tried and tested approach that enables Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to pave the way for successful LTE introduction.
What is the need for LTE introduction? It simply guarantees a healthy future to CSPs. New LTE/4G technology is seen as a strong enabler that allows CSPs to increase their mobile broadband capacity and hence launch new IP services, thus protecting and increasing their revenues.
The introduction of this new technology generally triggers a network equipment provider swap on a commercial live network with several millions of active subscribers. The preparation of the infrastructure for the network migration from one equipment type to the other typically takes several months, so the process needs to be correctly managed in all its parts.
During our webinar Telenor Norway will share their experience and explain why Performance Management is the key enabler to achieve success in the swap, which organization and processes need to support the swap over the months and which are the Performance Management building blocks used in the swap process.
Attendees of the webinar are not left empty handed: they will learn from Telenor Norway how to better plan, manage and successfully achieve a complex and risky mobile network swap to prepare for LTE. They will be prepared for reactive and proactive management of the network Quality of Service (QoS) and of the customer perception in a very efficient way.

We'd be happy to help you with any service enquiry.
