RF Planning and Optimization:

Network Audits, Benchmarking, and Drive Testing:
All wireless networks can be improved. The first step towards improvement is understanding the current performance. Network audits, benchmarking, and drive-testing services allow the operator to measure and report on the current performance of the network. Metrics are used to define the performance, measure the quality and the coverage, and, in some cases, allow the customer to see how they compare with respect to their competitors. In addition, beyond providing visibility into current network performance, Mycom engineers may also provide specific recommendations on how to improve the existing network coverage and quality. Mycom has performed these services for over 3000 sites in the United States and over 1200 sites in Asia.

 
New Feature Trials and Implementation:
Mycom has extensive experience in deploying and implementing new features for wireless networks.
