Radio Subsystems (RSS) Telecom Implementation Services
RSS Telecom Implementation (TI) is Mycom’s most
fundamental professional services offering. TI typically entails the supply of traditional BTS installation and commissioning services, but may also include, depending on the project’s scope of work, NSS telecom implementation services and RF engineering services.
The Telecom Implementation services may include project management services necessary to manage and support the installation, commissioning, integration, and acceptance of the network elements based on individual customer needs.
At the core of Mycom’s RSS professional services offerings are:
- Pre-installation site readiness survey
- Pick up equipment and deliver to site
- Equipment installation
- Equipment commissioning
- Equipment integration
- Quality inspections
- HW upgrades (simple and complex configurations)
- Software upgrades
- Call testing including E911 verification
- Site and network monitoring
- Site and Network Operations and Maintenance Services
At a minimum, Mycom’s RSS implementation teams will ensure that the delivery of any service is defect free and in accordance with customer specifications. Mycom complements all professional
services with:
- The creation and submission of relevant site documents
- Adherance to health & safety regulations
- Quality assurance and inspection mechanisms
- Training and development (including records) of our implementation teams
- Calibration of all required tools
Mycom boasts the ability to perform any of the aforementioned tasks for a multitude of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) and technologies: GSM, TDMA, CDMA. Mycom will be ready for new technologies
